Screen Sharing Frequently Asked Questions

You can share a single application by right-clicking the Screen icon on the Control Panel and then selecting an application from the list. Sharing just one application can help keep attendees focused on your content and not your notifications.
GoToMeeting does not yet support streaming video, but it’s coming soon! In the meantime, you can still play a video during your meeting at a reasonable speed, but bandwidth and local connectivity may affect the quality.
Of course! Just select a participant’s name from the dropdown list to invite them to share their screen. Or, if you’ve enabled the setting to allow attendees to present without permission, your attendees can simply click the Screen icon in their own Control Panel to start presenting.
