Q: How do I download the apps?

Simply click here to download for Windows, or click here to download for Mac. You'll then need to install it, which shouldn't take more than a few minutes. Then, you’ll log in using a unique user information which a system administrator will share with you. For mobiles or tablets, search for "GoTo Connect" in the App Store or Google Play Store and download the app. You can then log in with your unique user information.

Q: How do I use the web app or Chrome extension?

To use the web app, all you need to do is go to https://app.goto.com and log in to use GoTo Connect through your web browser. To use the Chrome extension, simply search for "GoTo Connect" in the Chrome Web Store, or by clicking here . You'll be prompted to install and set up the Chrome extension, which only takes a couple of minutes.

From phone extension and company directories, to voicemails and user settings, the GoTo VoIP calling app gives you access to everything you need to get to work.
