It is really functional, standard features for voice calls include a variety of call management services (e.g. caller ID, call routing, as well as an auto attendant, and call forwarding). There are also dashboards and analytics to make it easy to see how the service is being used and how well calls are being handled.

GoTo Connect is simply a great product. It does what it does well and without issue. We were initially nervous about moving to VoIP out of fear of poor call quality but after a year of use, that has not been a problem. GTC offers incredible flexibility for product utilization.
