GoTo Technologies Canada Ltd. Accessibility Plan 2026

            Foreword

At GoTo, we strive to make it easy for people to connect with others and accomplish their best work – simply, reliably, and securely.

We want people with disabilities to work for us and with us, and we want people with disabilities to buy and use our services. Accessibility is a core business imperative at GoTo and a key component of our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) commitments.

This accessibility plan documents our commitments to advance the objective of accessibility for all. We look forward to continuing this journey in service of our employees, customers, and users of all abilities.

            Introduction and Feedback Description

GoTo Technologies Canada Ltd. is a software development and sales company based in Canada and is part of a global group of companies (collectively "GoTo," "we," or "us"). GoTo provides GoTo Connect – a unified communications solution for businesses that combines voice calling, video meetings, and messaging into a single application.

To help achieve the vision of the Accessible Canada Act reflected in the mantra "nothing without us," we have created this plan to address our accessibility practices and commitments. This plan will help ensure that the work we undertake to improve the accessibility of our services is sustainable and transparent.

As we work to implement this plan, we will continue to count on feedback from our employees, customers, advocacy organizations, and other stakeholders.

GoTo has designated certain members of its Legal and Product teams to receive feedback about this plan. You can reach them by email at accessibilityfeedback@goto.com. Consultations

To identify accessibility gaps and needs, GoTo has sought input from employees via an accessibility-focused survey as well as regular, anonymous, company-wide "sentiment" surveys that solicit feedback about accessibility among other topics. GoTo has also partnered with an accessibility-focused vendor with a platform specializing in connecting organizations with people with disabilities for product testing to strengthen our commitment to accessible and inclusive product development. Through this collaboration, GoTo works directly with people who rely on assistive technologies in their daily lives, ensuring that the perspectives of those with lived experience of disability are embedded in our testing, compliance and product improvement processes.

Statutory Priority Areas – Progress and Commitments

GoTo has reviewed its accessibility status with employees and customers and made commitments for improvement in the priority areas defined under the Accessible Canada Act, as set forth below. Commitments stated in this plan are on a three-year horizon.

            Employment

To ensure access to employment opportunities and accessible workspaces, GoTo welcomes applicants with disabilities to apply for open positions and invites accommodation requests in the hiring process. When such a request is made, GoTo has staff dedicated to facilitating needed accommodations in both the paperwork and interview phases of hiring.

After a candidate is hired and becomes an employee, they have an assigned Human Resources Business Partner to whom they can address requests for accommodation at any time, which GoTo processes according to its accommodation policy.

Additionally, GoTo's Employee Resource Group (ERG) ADAPT@GoTo (Abled and Disabled Advocates Partnering Together), founded in 2021, advances our commitment to inclusion and belonging across our organization. ADAPT supports employees across a broad spectrum of disabilities, including visible and non‑visible, physical, sensory, cognitive, mental health, chronic, neurodivergent, permanent, temporary, and episodic conditions, as well as allies and supporters. With nearly 150 members, ADAPT is open to all GoTo employees, and the entire company is encouraged to join and participate. The ERG hosts virtual events and programming, making engagement accessible regardless of location. ADAPT promotes barrier removal, reasonable accommodation, dignity, equity, and psychological safety, helping employees fully participate and thrive at GoTo.

As part of its new Accessibility Plan, GoTo has committed to the following additional actions to support accessibility in Employment, reflecting opportunities for improvement identified through its various listening efforts:

            • Accessibility Commitments for 2026–2029:

Commitment 1: Centralize and Improve Accessibility Resources - Provide employees with clear, centralized, and accessible resources to support accommodation needs and inclusive employment experiences.

Commitment 2: Embed Accessibility Through Feedback and Co-Creation - Establish ongoing feedback and consultation practices, including engagement with persons with disabilities, to ensure accessibility considerations are integrated into workplace policies, employment programs, and practices.

            Built Environment

GoTo has two physical offices in Canada – one in Quebec City and one in Montreal. Both offices are leased and have accessible features such as wheelchair access, high-contrast signage, and braille lettering in elevators. Accessibility within our offices has been and will continue to be a priority for GoTo.

Additionally, GoTo is a work-from-anywhere company. This means that almost all employees can work from their home without ever having to visit an office. Within GoTo's culture and policies, visiting an office is optional.

With the adoption of this work-from-home policy and culture, GoTo has supported its employees through stipends for home office equipment and specific accommodations for disabilities.

As part of its new Accessibility Plan, GoTo has committed to the following additional action to support accessibility in its leased office spaces and its employees' home offices:

            • Accessibility Commitment for 2026–2029:

Commitment 1: Provide Accessibility Support for Work Environments - Assist employees who identify accessibility barriers in their work environments (home or office) by offering dedicated support and resources.

Commitment 2: Ensure that any additional leased space includes accessibility features required under law.

            Information and Communication Technologies (ICT)

GoTo develops and sells GoTo Connect. It also uses GoTo Connect as a means of employee communication and collaboration both internally and externally. Further discussion of GoTo Connect can be found in the Design and Delivery of Programs and Services section below.

In addition to GoTo Connect, GoTo uses common workplace communication tools for internal and external employee communications such as email and messaging. These industry-standard, third-party applications have some accessibility features built in.

To make our marketing webpages more accessible, GoTo engaged an outside consultant to assess various web properties for compliance with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 AA standards. As a result of that review, GoTo updated its primary marketing webpages – and the templates and components that support them – to make improvements that were also able to be incorporated in other GoTo web properties.

As part of its new Accessibility Plan, GoTo has committed to take the following actions to help ensure its digital content and technologies are accessible:

            • Accessibility Commitments for 2026–2029:

Commitment 1: Ensure Accessible Color Contrast in UI - Consistently assess color contrast across our new global web design system components and User Interface (UI) to ensure new and enhanced components comply with WCAG 2.2 AA standards with sufficient color contrast for readability.

Commitment 2: Standardize Heading Structure for Accessibility - Provide guidance and documentation to development teams on headings hierarchy and tagging (h1 – h6) for each new component in our global web design system. This will help us to ensure logical hierarchy and well-structured content to improve screen reader experiences.

            Communications other than ICT

We are strengthening our practices to improve accessibility in communications by promoting access to and engagement with the information we share. This commitment reflects our ongoing efforts to adopt more consistent and inclusive communication standards.

For instance, for customers who want video-based, self-service troubleshooting and support options for GoTo Connect, GoTo has created a YouTube channel with a library of searchable videos. By default, these videos have optional real-time captions provided by YouTube. Additionally, to improve the viewer experience, GoTo has added captions of its own to some videos.

As part of its new Accessibility Plan, GoTo has committed to the following actions to help ensure important customer information is provided in an accessible way:

            • Accessibility Commitments for 2026–2029:

Commitment 1: Accessible External Announcements and Notifications - implement a consistent process to ensure that all externally published announcements - including product updates, service notifications, marketing emails, and public-facing press communications - are produced in formats accessible to persons with disabilities, including structured heading hierarchies, alt text for images, and plain-language summaries.

Procurement of Goods, Services, and Facilities

GoTo has procured office facilities and relevant employee software tools with accessibility needs and requirements in mind. To further advance accessibility objectives, GoTo has committed to the following action:

            • Accessibility Commitments for 2026–2029:

Commitment 1: Enhance Accessibility in Vendor Sourcing - Leverage responses on how accessibility is being included in our sourcing efforts and/or needed by our employees to adapt our vendor screening process, as required, to ensure accommodation needs are being met.

Design and Delivery of Programs and Services

GoTo Connect combines voice calling, web meetings, and chat features into a single application that is available in desktop, mobile, and web clients. To measure the accessibility of GoTo Connect across these client applications, GoTo initiated a formal review using a separate Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) document for each client.

Additionally, to improve the consistency of user interface (UI) elements, GoTo has created a design system called "Chameleon" which includes various UI and design elements – analogous to Google's "Material" or Microsoft's "Fluent" design systems. GoTo's technical teams have brought all elements within Chameleon into compliance with WCAG 2.1 AA standards, which will make various GoTo Connect client applications more consistent with each other as well as more consistently accessible. This work has already made delivery of accessibility features easier and more consistent and will continue to improve as new elements and components are added to the Chameleon design system, and as development teams increase their adoption of the UI and design elements within Chameleon.

As part of its new Accessibility Plan, GoTo has committed to the following actions to continue improving GoTo Connect's accessibility profile:

            • Accessibility Commitments for 2026–2029:

Commitment 1: Complete VPAT review for GoTo Connect's mobile app.

Commitment 2: Implement adoption of Chameleon elements & components, with special focus on the mobile and analytics apps.

            Transportation

GoTo does not provide transportation services to the public or its employees.

            Conclusion

GoTo is motivated to continue its journey of accessibility for all employees, customers, and users and will document its ongoing progress under this plan. We welcome feedback under this plan as described in the Introduction.
