Sheakley HR Solutions Unifies Its Training Tools with GoToMeeting and GoToWebinar

Sheakley HR Solutions – part of the larger Sheakley Group – helps clients outsource their human resources and payroll to improve business efficiency. However, when the company’s training consultant, Ryan Pappas, found himself facing a similar challenge related to sales support, Sheakley realized it needed a solution that would scale at the pace of both customer and staff growth.

Pappas already knew and trusted GoToMeeting due to his personal account, which he relied on heavily for daily trainings. So when it came time for Sheakley to select a collaboration solution, Pappas had a suggestion: the unified offering of GoToMeeting, GoToWebinar and GoToStage. “I have such confidence in the software. I used to get on 15 minutes before a call to make sure everything was ready to go. But if I get on a minute or two before the call, I’m not worried it’s going to crash or not going to connect,” he says. With all teams now using the same solutions, reporting has become easier and simplified. Pappas also leverages GoToWebinar and GoToStage to support the frequency with which he creates and distributes client trainings.

Perhaps the key indicator of success for Sheakley so far has been how GoToMeeting and GoToWebinar have positively influenced closed/won business. In fact, Sheakley’s sales team found that prospects were 67% more likely to convert if they attended a demo on GoToMeeting:

“Being a software trainer, I’m always trying to make things easier on our clients. If you can make something user-friendly and it can almost teach itself, that is key and that played into a lot of our decisions on GoToMeeting, GoToWebinar and GoToStage," says Pappas.
