You can publish a webinar before or after recording.

To publish before recording:

  1. Log in at to your GoTo Webinar account.
  2. Schedule a recorded event.
  3. Click the Add to my channel before scheduling.
  4. Select the channel and click Schedule.
  5. Your event will automatically appear on the selected GoToStage channel.

To publish after recording:

  1. Log in at to your GoTo Webinar account.
  2. Click on the video icon in the left menu.
  3. Click on the more icon and Add to My Channel.
  4. You can then add the video to a specific GoToStage channel.
