Olga Lagunova

Chief Innovation and Technology Officer

Olga heads GoTo’s Innovation and Technology Organization, which includes the product engineering, UX, and shared technology teams responsible for building, operating, and securing GoTo’s portfolio. In her role, Olga bridges strategy and execution, driving AI innovation within GoTo’s products and accelerating the company’s evolution toward becoming AI-first. In partnership with the General Managers, she delivers customer-centric solutions that unlock real value for our customers and ensure GoTo remains at the forefront of the industry.

Olga has extensive experience with global technology companies in industries that include IT management, location intelligence and global ecommerce. She joined GoTo from Pitney Bowes where she was the Chief Data and Analytics Officer and Vice President of Commerce Cloud Technologies. Before Pitney Bowes, Olga was SVP and Distinguished Engineer at CA Technologies, where she led global engineering teams focusing on large-scale SaaS applications, analytics, and mobile application development for enterprise IT.

Olga is a fully remote employee living with her family in the Greater Pittsburgh area, where she is an adjunct professor at Carnegie Mellon University, teaching part-time at Heinz College of Information Systems and Public Policy.
