Landtech Landtech often provided users with remote tech support but found its previous solution sometimes increased the client’s frustration rather than abating it. Customer’s multiple monitors also created remote support challenges.

GoToAssist became the company’s default remote software — and both Landtech customers and tech support staff were delighted because the solution makes it easy for multiple techs to collaborate in solving a customer issue. GoTo Meeting completed the solution for Landtech in providing a reliable platform for their sales team to conduct product demos.

So far, the solution has helped to create an easier, more streamlined process for Landtech techs to follow when providing technical support and has thus contributed to an improved customer experience.
