When the world switched to remote working overnight, specialist immigration law firm Paragon Law, needed to find a fast, reliable way to continue meeting its clients and colleagues. Its traditional office-based phone system needed to be replaced by technology that offered video conferencing, flexible phone calling and document sharing from any location, without compromising security or client confidentiality.

GoTo then set up GoTo Meeting in a matter of days to meet the firm’s urgent need to stay connected. GoTo Connect was added soon afterwards, providing a cloud-based phone and meeting solution that enables Paragon Law to connect easily and securely with clients and colleagues in any location, using any device.

Paragon Law is a niche immigration law firm, with specializations in corporate, personal immigration and asylum and human rights. Founded in the UK in 2003, the firm is based in Nottingham, UK but with a global client base and with associate offices in the US and Nigeria.
We had a detailed look at all the phone and video-calling systems available and GoTo was the best by a country mile. It’s had a huge impact on the way we collaborate as a team and the service we can offer to clients. It means that when we think about growth now, we don’t have to think in terms of larger offices, since all our people can work and connect easily from anywhere.
