Overview

DealerSocket is a widely used automotive CRM platform built to help dealership sales and service teams manage customer relationships, track leads, and streamline daily operations across the dealership. DealerSocket centralizes customer data and communication history to give teams a complete view of every customer interaction.

Use GoTo Connect CX for Automotive with DealerSocket to push call records directly from your phone system into your CRM automatically. When a call is made or received through GoTo Connect and a matching contact exists in DealerSocket, a call log is created and associated with that contact, capturing key details including call direction, duration, and timestamps with no manual input from your team. Admins can also configure user group filters to control which GoTo users contribute call data to the logs, allowing precise scoping of what gets recorded. For accounts with GoTo AI features enabled, call logs can include topics, flags, sentiment analysis, and call summaries to give managers additional visibility without additional effort.
