Tekion's GoToConnect (GTC) integration enables dealerships to streamline customer communication directly from their Automotive Retail Cloud (ARC) CRM platform. This partnership allows dealers to make calls and send text messages to customers seamlessly within ARC. Key features include:
- Direct phone calls from lead details pages when enabled
- SMS capability available to all dealers regardless of calling features
- Configurable communication settings through the Communication Setup application
- Self-managed GTC accounts for full calling/texting or Tekion managed for text-only dealers
