Install GoTo in Outlook for Desktop

Before you begin: You must have Outlook 2016 or newer (Mac) or Outlook 2019 or newer (Windows) to use this integration. Syncing your Outlook contacts requires an Office 365 account.

In Microsoft Outlook, select or select the three dots and then select Get add-ins from the toolbar in the home tab.
Tip: If you cannot find the Add-in icon in the toolbar, select Tools > Get Add-ins. To learn more, view Installing Office Add-ins to Your Mailbox.
Search for GoTo for Outlook then select Add.
Troubleshooting: If you do not have access to Office add-ins, you can manually enter a custom add-in. Select + Add a custom add-in > Add from URL..., then enter https://ucci-outlook-addin.live.gtc.goto.com/manifests/manifest.prod.xml. Select OK > Install.
When prompted with the privacy policy, select Continue.
Select GoTo for Outlook from the toolbar in the home tab and then sign in with your GoTo credentials.
Select your extension and language.
Select Link with Office365 then link your account from the integrations dashboard.
Result: Your Outlook contacts now appear in GoTo. You can close out of the GoTo for Outlook window.

What to do next: When you schedule a meeting, select GoTo Integration in the toolbar to attach and remove your meeting details directly from Outlook.

Install GoTo in Outlook on the Web

Before you begin: For the integration to work properly, you must disable the block the Block third-party cookies setting in your Security and Privacy.
Note: Syncing your Outlook contacts requires an Office 365 account.

In Microsoft Outlook, select at the top of an email. If you don't see the icon, select then Get Add-ins.
Tip: If you cannot find the icons and need to troubleshoot, view Installing Office Add-ins to Your Mailbox.
Search for GoTo for Outlook, then select Add > Continue.
Troubleshooting: If you do not have access to Office add-ins, you can manually enter a custom add-in. Select + Add a custom add-in > Add from URL..., then enter https://ucci-outlook-addin.live.gtc.goto.com/manifests/manifest.prod.xml. Select OK > Install.
Result: The add-in will automatically be pinned to your email and calendar for easy access. Select Unpin add-in to unpin.
From an email, select then GoTo for Outlook > GoTo Integration.
Note: To easily access the integration, you can add the icon to the top of your emails.
Select Sign in in the right sidebar, then sign in using your GoTo Meeting credentials.
Optional: Choose your extension and language.
Optional: Select Sync contacts and link your account from the integrations dashboard.
Result: Your Outlook contacts now appear in GoTo Meeting.

What to do next: When you schedule a new event, select the More icon then GoTo for Outlook in the toolbar to attach and remove your meeting details directly from Outlook.
