Unfortunately, an industry-wide third-party telecommunications carrier network outage has impacted multiple telecom providers this week. As a result of this third-party carrier outage, a significant portion of GoToConnect and Grasshopper customers experienced degraded service, with incoming calls being particularly impacted and, in some instances, failing to complete.

It’s important to note that providing secure and reliable service with high uptime to our customers, end-users, and partners is of critical importance to LogMeIn and while all upstream carriers experience outages, we specifically partner with multiple tier-1 carriers in order to reduce the likelihood its users are impacted by these outages.
We strive to build and support our products with a customer-first mentality and we take great pride in the quality and availability of our products. While issues of this nature are rare in our environment, we acknowledge that any disruption or issue is one too many and we will be conducting a full investigation with our carrier-partner to mitigate future problems.
