Challah Recipe

Ingredients: 8 cups flour 1 packet of yeast two teaspoons salt 3/4 cup sugar 2 and 1/4 cups of warm water 1 cup oil 1 egg, beaten sesame seeds (optional)

Directions: In the bowl of a stand mixer, mix the yeast with the warm water and the sugar. Let it sit for a few minutes. Then, add the oil, salt, and flour while mixing. Once the dough is completely mixed, let it rise for about an hour. Braid the dough, brush the top with the beaten egg, and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 (f) degrees.
