Grind up almonds in a food processor. Mix 1 ounce with 1 teaspoon honey, 2 teaspoons walnut/sunflower oil and 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice. Mixture will resemble a thick paste. Rub a heaping teaspoon onto hands and massage in for 2-3 minutes before rinsing off.
Stem, cut and mash 3 strawberries with 1 tablespoon of honey. Massage clean face with mixture for 30 seconds and rinse with warm water.
Cut 5 grapes in half lengthwise. Red are ideally better than green, but you can use either. Dip flesh side into sugar and massage into cuticle for 30 seconds. Use one grape half per finger. Use a soft towel to remove excess sugar. Follow with moisturizer or grapeseed oil.
Mash 10 blueberries into 1 tablespoon of plain yogurt. Spread mask on face or other sun damaged skin and let sit for 15 minutes before rinsing off.
Mix 1 mashed tablespoon of banana with 2 tablespoons of cornmeal. It will look like wet sand. Massage onto feet for 30 seconds to 1 minute and then rinse off.
Peel and cut one apple, making sure there are no seeds. Place in sauce pan with 1/2 cup of water and bring to a boil. Cool completely, strain out the apple chunks and add 1/4 cup of witch hazel. Put into a bottle and either spritz onto skin or dab on with cotton swab.
