This may seem silly but gently rubbing or massaging your hands can help you to relax quickly by helping to relieve the tension in your hands.

I use lotion for this and not only does it feel nice but it makes my hands soft as well.

Use a Stress Ball

These can be good for relaxation when you are mad at someone or just overworked. You can take out your frustrations on the ball which will help you feel better and be more relaxed.

Stress balls come in many colors and designs. I personally use the ones with the happy faces.

Go for a Walk

This is a way that you can take a break and get outside. Walking and being out in the fresh air can help you feel relaxed because it changes your environment and gets you moving. It can also give you more energy for the rest of your day.
